Established by an international team—including an American, a Canadian, a New Zealander, and a Swiss national (yours truly)—Motel Beer focused on simplicity, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere in its beer offerings. The brewery drew inspiration from the imagery of 1950s American motels, with branding, packaging design, illustrations, and creative direction all reflecting this nostalgic theme. Each beer from Motel Beer was given a unique motel name, accompanied by custom illustrations that tie into the theme of classic Americana. This creative approach set Motel Beer apart, offering not only a drink but a visually immersive experience.
