Marie Stadelmann grew up in Switzerland. As a child, she loved dinosaurs and wanted to become a paleontologist. Later, she changed her mind and decided to study graphic design. Jurassic Park is still her favorite movie.
In 2012, she founded her own design studio in Berlin. She named it Marie Marie and the focus is on branding and packaging design for the food and beverage and hospitality industries. She currently works with clients ranging from small local start-ups and small businesses to established companies across Europe and North America.
How I work
Discover your unique story
Uncover what makes you and your project special, then translate it visually to make it compelling.
My job is to bring your story to life visually in a way that resonates with your target audience.
The Process
01. Talk
I conduct a few meetings and interviews so that I can understand you and your project perfectly. You tell me who you are, and I guide you through my process.
02. Quote
I send you a tailor-made, detailed quote so you know exactly what you pay for, and what you get at the end.
03. Research
I research and create a presentation that represents the visual atmosphere of the brand. It helps to validate the visual style and universe with you.
04. Design
I start designing and dive deep into your project. Pen, paint, keyboard, collage — I do my thing. I usually present two to three propositions. From there, we discuss, exchange, and iterate until we get it right.
05. Deliver
I prepare all the files and materials, deliver your brand guidelines, as well as all the assets you need. I stay on to support you with producers, suppliers, printers, web developers, until you have your brand and assets ready to communicate to the world.
No matter your project type, I’m happy to hear your story and would love to explore collaboration with you. I speak English, French and ein bisschen German.
